There is a "trigger term" in your posting and that is "dry Mouth". If you have dry mouth, a heated humidifier might well help BUT it may also be a case of mouth breathing of which you are unaware. That is what usually produces dry mouth. Go on a search for dry mouth and chin straps - it might help a lot.
