Thanks for the detailed response, Sleepy Coote. I'm sorry if I missed something, but I'm still not clear about your AHI being greater than 5 at a minimum pressure of 9, but not with a lower minimum pressure. It sounds like the events you were having were obstructive, not central, so I'm wondering if too high of a pressure can cause more obstructive events. Also, if your AHI was greater than 5 at a minimum pressure of 9, couldn't you assume that it would be greater than 5 at a fixed pressure of 10, as well?
