Yep I've noticed the same thing with the new masks. It seems worse now than three years ago when I first started using the Profile. Generally I'll wash it 3 or 4 times with soap and water before using it which makes the smell tolerable. I'm not wild about the vinegar smell from soaking. Doesn't seem to matter how much you rinse its there for a while. The new smell used to bother me more but I got used to it. It's a lot like just accepting the feel of the mask on your face.
