Thanks for clarifying! I thought you were saying the AHI of 5 you got from a min pressure of 9 was higher than that with a lower min pressure. I also didn't know you were talking about a "treated AHI" (which I assume means what your AHI would have been before your autopap ramped up to take care of these events) and thought you were referring to your actual AHI with the autopap. I may still be confused about this, but I'm assuming your "treated AHI" is only about 5 with a min pressure of 9 because that pressure itself is covering most events and it only needs to ramp up to cover some events, while with a lower min pressure it needs to ramp up to cover most events. Is that right? Anyway, I'm sorry for all the questions, I'd just like to understand so maybe I can be of more help in the future. It's also all very interesting to me. Thanks again!
