Alot of treatments might be effective.
One of the most effective treatments for someone with OSA is probably a kidney transplant! Seriously!
But that doesn't mean its in any way desirable.
I'd much rather have cpap at night than undergo a kidney transplant.
Very few drugs treat OSA. None seem to treat it well. Research is continuing, but right now, drugs are not really an option.
