How to stop mouth breating

Posted by Elgee on March 18, 2003 at 09:41:10:

I am having a problem with breathing through my mouth. I'm quite persistent, so I don't think a chin strap will help. I have had some success with tape, but it is irritating. I read about using an ace bandage. Would someone please tell me how to use it- over the mouth (doesn't air get through?) or over the head and under the chin (same problem as chin strap)? Thanks
