Hi Mary, I'm new here too, but have had my titration study. I had a very difficult time getting and staying asleep during the study. If I had to do it again, I would take a sleeping aid. The technician told me I could have taken one the next morning - big help after the fact.

Being from a rural area, I was lucky they had the masks at the study, (laugh), and didn't get the option of trying the Nasalaire. Why not try both if they will let you? Given the option, I would definitely tried the NA.

I also wasn't given the option of a humidifier - my supplier doesn't even stock them. But there again, maybe you can try part of the night with one, and part without.

It doesn't hurt to ask. Good luck, and let us know how it went.
