Have you tried wearing the mask around the house in the early evening, such as while watching TV? I'm told that getting used to the feel of the mask and the straps may be of benefit in avoiding removing the mask in your sleep. Wearing bulky mittens is supposed to help too but not if you have a FullFace mask.
