Forgot to turn on humidifier. OH MY

Never have I realized how important the heated humidifier is. Last night I forgot to turn on the heat and woke up 5 hours later with a horrible sore throat and congested. I felt horrible. I used the grossan nasal irrigator and got back on the cpap, this time WITH the humidifier on. I woke up feeling a little better.

NEVER forget to turn on that heat! Also, I don't know how anyone that uses a CPAP can ever go without a humidifier. What a horrible thought.
