As far as the airflow sensors not being attached and getting low apnea index, they wouldn't be able to score the data at all without that sensor. So it either came off in the morning or the study was scored without it and the results would not be accurate.

Also one of the many complaints people report with OSA is insomnia. It doesn't mean they need to be treated for insomnia. They need to be treated for OSA. Again, with her weight and the loudnes of the snoring, I don't think any sleep specialist dealing with children would say it is not a problem.

I would call the children's hospital there, someone posted the name, and see if they do studies or know a place close by that does.
