I had this problem for quite a while. I tried many different masks and chin straps as well. I eventually found the Breeze to be the most comfortable, but that still didn't eliminate all the times when I removed the mask.

You didn't mention whether you have a heated humidifier or not. My problem turned out to be not enough humidity.

Also, if none of these suggestions work you can try setting an alarm to wake you up a few hours into the night. If you find the mask off put it on again and set the time earlier for the next night. Note exactly how you feel when you wake up during these times -- if your nose is dry, the mask is uncomfortable, etc.

Hope it works out for you.
