One possibility is to get a new humidifier. The Breas HA-50 can be had for under US$300. It is dual voltage. It seems to be the only stand-alone humidifier that is dual-voltage.

Note that for under US$600 you can get an F&P HC-221 with a built-in heated humidifier. It is dual-voltage. It has the added advantage that you'll only have to plug in one appliance (and hook up only one hose). It is less bulky and lighter than the combined bulk and weight of a separate CPAP and humidifier. Note that this model has a three-prong plug, so you'll need a grounded adapter and a three-prong tap. There are two other makes of CPAPs with built-in humidifiers, all of which are dual voltage. The other makes are a little more expensive.

In any case, remember that in any case the plugs are a different shape. Germany has round recessed sockets. It accommodates two round pins, and has grounding contacts on the side. Bring an adapter, at least a 12' extension cord, and a "tap" to plug in several appliances to one socket. A "reverse adapter" is also a good idea, as you may need it to accommodate a displaced lamp or appliance.

Even if everybody there can speak English to you, remember that it may be U.K., rather than U.S. English. Therefore, I will re-post my US/UK dictionary for CPAP users. I would like to develop one for foreign languages too, but that will be some time in the future. This one deals only with terms that differ between the US and the UK.
