My answer to the problem you have was to get a mirage FF mask.It solved both my mouth breathing and the congested nose.Those little nipples are oxygen ports in case you need oxygen otherwise they are capped off.May i suggest you take a few evenings and start reading the old posts from the beginning at forum one.It is a very good education as most of us have went through the same problems and have helped each other come up with solutions.
