Well, if you know the air is going out your mouth and into the bedroom, you might as well turn off the cpap. It ain't helping the bedroom to have air pumped into it and it sure ain't going to help you to have air pumped into your bedroom either.

FF mask is an option, but there are other options too and I would try them first.

The oxygen ports should remain plugged.

You might try to see an ENT or find out why your nose is congested. For how long a time period do saline sprays seem to work for you?

Driving to work at five am, sounds as if you must get up in the dark. Perhaps this is a problem for you too.
