I agree that you mind find more help on the insomnia forum, but I did want to add my two cents.
One poster mentioned colas in restricting caffeine; sugar and chocolate are also great waker-uppers. I honestly don't know how some of the kids I see sleep at all with the colas and candy they consume, so take a look at your food intake.
