I don't think you will experience 'gagging'. Some people find they can not get used to the device but I've not heard that they are 'gagging' on it. I certainly never 'gagged' on it. Some people don't know how bad their bruxism is and find that they therefore can't get used to the oracle. It does require a heated humidifier and you may want a pressure adjustment.
If you have tried other masks/Breezes/whatever, I certainly wish you luck with the oracle, but all these devices are different and people have unique situations wherein they respond differently.
