Talk to an ENT or an allergist about using alegra or clarinex plus Nazonex.... Then get a Full face mask such as the Mirage 2 with the extra piece for the forehead from the person you bought it from or the Manufacturer in California ....and give it time....This is a total change to your body and sleep habits and you must work it out.
