AIA was right on with the statement "You have to want this to work, and with determination you will adjust to it."

If you fit this discription there is light at the end of the tunnel, most have a liitle trouble trying to exhale against the pressure. It will get easier as a litte time passes. You will most likely find you chest getting sore from all of this, but this too will stop. After a while using the xPAP, it's common that upon waking you will think your machine is not on until you upset the seal on the mask or nasal pillows and air starts to leak. Enough rambling, hang in there it is worth it.
