I think another test is a good idea.

You may have another sleep disorder, but not apnea.

What do people who have seen you sleep say? Do you snore loudly? Do you stop breathing when you sleep?

Another possibility is UARS (Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome) which is like apnea in that it disrupts your sleep, but you do not completely stop breathing. Some labs have trouble detecting UARS. I also think UARS is more common in younger people.

Your sleep architecture is not good. You should be getting more Stage 3, 4 and REM.
