I no longer fall asleep while typing at my computer at work. I no longer fall asleep while driving. I no longer fall asleep on the sofa in the evening.
I'd say it's working.

Yes, I still occasionally wake up during the night and find the mask off. Yes, I still deal with leaks.
If I sleep without it I wake up during the night gasping for air, feeling like I'm suffocating.

So, Yes it works for me.
