Bipap - Low Freq Noise/Vibration

Have a friend that has gone from Cpap to Bipap. Has a Bipap Pro and hears a low Freq noise from the machine and feels the vibration through the hose. I checked it out with my Breeze and felt the Vibration through the head gear.
He's looking at switching to the Knightstar330 but would like to know if anyone can give a comparison between the two as far as noise level and vibration.
