NEW TO CPAP

HELLO IM 39 AND NEW TO CPAP. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I CAN SLEEP WITHOUT CHOKING AND COUGHING. I HAVE ALSO NOTICED MANY CHANGES TO MY BODY. I DONT HURT WHEN I WAKEUP AND MY HEADACHES ARE GONE. I HAVE NOT TAKEN A NAP IN 4 DAYS. I ONLY SLEEP 5-6 HRS. THOUGH, IM GETTING USE TO THE MASK I HAVE A RED PRESSURE MARK ON MY NOSE AND MY FOREHEAD HURTS WHERE THE MASK REST. MY MASK GOES AROUND MY NOSE AND ON MY FOREHEAD AND HAS A BLUE GEL ON IT. I DONT RECALL THE NAME OF IT. ANY SUGGESTIONS TO KEEP IT FROM SLIDING DOWN MY FACE AT NIGHT. IT WILL REST ON MY UPPER LIP AND WAKE ME UP SEVERAL TIMES A NIGHT. I ADJUST THE STRAPS IT DOESNT HELP. THANKS TO ALL WHO REPLY!
