I know I sound like a broken record, but here it is again.

Being that you have to replace all your equipment, you should consider getting on of modles with a built-in humidifier. These models do not cost any more than the combined price of a separate CPAP and humidifier.

These models are much more convenient for travel than separate units. All the built-in models that I'm aware of have an international power supply (most CPAPs do, most separate humidifiers do NOT). This means that only the shape of the socket, not the voltage or cycles, is an issue overseas.
