Sorry, folks, I tend to agree with Dryeyes. Careful reading of this article reveals a few conditions -- "may be the most appropriate," "try to deal with," "may help by relieving," "decongestant may help" -- but these tend to minimize the potential severity of sleep apnea. They should have a huge disclaimer at the very top -- "Sleep apnea is life-threatening. If you think there is a possibility you have sleep apnea, get a sleep study and a firm diagnosis before attempting self-care!"
