I'm one of those who use CPAP and am still tired for various reasons I'm trying to work through, but nowhere near my condition B.C. As another poster stated, you'd have to pry my CPAP from my cold, dead fingers.

Even though I'm not as energetic as I'd like to be, I'm far more alert and able to think and problem-solve at work. I've been able to resume some programming which I absolutely could not do before.
