I would have to say no. I have never seen or felt the "miracle" of CPAP for OSA treatment. I've seen some changes but nothing huge. I'm on BiPAP after about a year on CPAP and changed to a Breeze at the same time. My compliance now is close to 100% but with IH I'm still tired as heck. Before my first sleep study I never knew I had OSA and then, after starting CPAP I learned I had IH. (Before all that I was treated for depression.) I just did not get the recovery most people get. If I could stay awake at work and while driving I would throw the machines, hoses masks and the meds out the window. I’ll pay the $200 littering fine.

But I stay with the BiPAP and the Breeze and the hose and buying distilled water and the vinegar and the cleaning and sleeping with something stuck up my nose or strapped to my face and taking the meds and taking the stuff everywhere I go and explaining to everyone who will listen facts of my condition and having my wife refer to me as "disabled". I do all this and more because I don't want to have a heart attack or stroke or high blood pressure or kidney failure and die leaving my kids to grow up without me. I will not let that happen.

Sometimes it comes down to making an informed choice.
