Sleeping less hours

Posted by AverageJoe on July 29, 2003 at 22:27:42:

I've been using my CPAP for about 10 days now.

Most nights, when I manage to sleep all the way through with the CPAP on, I find myself waking up at 5:30 or 6am -- this is after I hit the bed around midnight or 1am! I used to not be able to get out of bed until 9 or 10 in the morning; and I still end up waking up that late when I'm not on CPAP (mostly because I somehow managed to pull it off sometime during the night).

Any suggestions on how to handle this?

Thanks!
