Kevin - Just a shot in the dark, but are you eating or drinking anything with sugar at lunch. Blood sugar levels drop around 3:00 in the afternoon and if you're at all hypoglycemic, you can get the symptoms you've described. Try cutting out anything with sugar and see if it helps.

Also food allergies could be involved. Is there anything you eat everyday or on the days you have attacks? Try cutting those out for a few days. I know corn will do a number on me every time. Anything you crave you're probably allergic to. You have to learn to be a real detective, but it does pay off.
