You have probably tried the steroid nasal sprays like Flovent since you see an ENT. But that was all it took for my chronic stuffy nose/deviated septum to be OK with CPAP. If you have not tried it, I would suggest a trial of that. Heated humidifier will also help - and maybe be enough!

Does your CPAP have a "ramp" feature where you start on low pressure? Maybe that would help the "break-in" period. I've come to think that our noses and CPAP's need a break-in period like a new car - lots of TLC for the skin, and whatever gradual things you can do with CPAP! But soon it is wonderful!
