The Allergy theory is probably the most probable! I've been tested and found out that I have food allergies to eggs, apples, potatoes, coffee, cinnamon, tea, etc. I also have a lot of indoor and outdoor allergies. It seems to hit me about the same time of day in the middle afternoon and really feels like an attack of sorts and I get real dopey (even worse than normal). I do snitch coffee every morning and a little in the afternoon which may have a delayed effect. I may need to do an elimination thing. I also have one Coke and a little chocolate every day which would play into the sugar theory. I have begun a regimin of eating many small meals so I won't have a "Food Coma" contributing to my situation!

Thanks for the inputs!
Kevin
