Luckily, I'm one of the odd ones that have apnea without snoring. I just put my head down at my desk and nodded off. I started with cpap and then did somno, septo, sinus surgeries. The surgeries really helped, but the docs say I still need cpap.
All of this misery started when I moved into my apartment back in 97. I hope to move within the next couple of months. I bet I will suddenly feel a lot better like I did recently in Vegas despite stimulating the local economy. Cpap is an adventure, but I think you will find it will make a positive impact on your consciousness at work!
