I do, and am very happy with the results. But my pressure is only 7. I have the Auto set from 4 to 10. If you have a higher prescription setting than 10, you might not like the Nasalaire. Even though my setting is for 7, I have hit 10 on occasion and it usually wakes me up.

Since the Auto doesn't give you a "ramp", I use the "4" as my ramp - that's why I have it set so low.

I also use a heated humidifier.
