I've been there. I tried different machines, cpap, autopap, bipap over 2 year period. Had 7 titration studies done, went through two doctors before the third doc and I were going over the numbers and figured out that as the pressure went high enough to splint the airway open, it induced central apnea. I actually felt better off the over grown aquarium pump than on it. Hang in there and keep looking for answers. Everyone needs slightly different solutions. Good luck.
