I too have the Autoset Spirit machine, since the first of the year. For me, it was definitely better than the regular CPAP machine I started with last fall but I have never felt like Superman. I don't have the software so I have to just get the results off of the LCD display. I usually average an AI of around 1 to 1.2 with an AHI of around 8. I have good nights and bad nights, but never for three weeks. (oddly enough sometimes I will have a night where the numbers from the machine are lousy and still feel pretty good the next day...and vice versa) I wish I had the software so I could see exactly what's going on.

I can't really give any advice since I am just a shade tree mechanic when it comes to this stuff, but I do have a coupla thoughts.
Get a copy of your data to your sleep doctor and maybe they will see something that you're not seeing.

Consider that it might not be sleep apnea that's making you feel lousy. Is there any thing else that has changed? New medications? Different bed? Anything at all? About a month ago, I had ten facet joint rhizotomies done on my back. I had high hopes that reducing my pain level would help me sleep better. (I really haven't had a decent nites sleep in ten years) Within a few days, I started feeling really bad. Almost like I did last year when I wound up in the hospital due to sleep apnea. After about a week, my legs started twitching and jerking on their own any time I would like down and it felt like I just had to keep moving em. Aha, so I thought, restless legs. Went to my sleep doc, am now taking Neurontin and am finally starting to get some decent sleep. Still wish I could feel like Superman though. Keep plugging at it and you'll figure it out. Good luck.
