I have been racking my brains trying to figure out what could have changed.
I have also experienced the good\bad night syndrome in this 3 week period although the AHI numbers have been consistently bad.
My sleep doc is clueless. I plan to try another one.
Along with the software you need a serial cable to connect the PC to the machine. I could provide you with the software if you like.
