Re: multiple sleep tests - have you talked to your sleep doctor about it? Are you having problems that would indicate a need for retitration? Maybe a letter from the doctor stating "medical necesity" and reminding them of other health risks which could occur would get them to pay for the additional sleep tests. Often you have to "appeal" a decision, but once you do that, it is clear sailing.

My insurance covers masks every 6 months after the initial period (2 at first to find one that works). I have inquired of some writers and they are paying out of pocket for extra masks.
