I don't know if this will help you or not... I had my 1st sleep study last Wed. I spent most of my sleep time in stage 1 & 2. The doctor called me with the results and said I have UARS and OSA, but the UARS is worse. I had over 200 arousals caused from the UARS and 57 episodes of apnea. I would definetly look into the UARS or try to find a sleep specialist that knows alot about it. Good luck to you.
