My doctor prescribed a setting of 7 for me, but I purchased an auto machine and use it as such.

I don't have an Autoset Spirit, but a Remstar Auto. It has a little card, like a credit card, that records data. After 3 months I sent the card to the man I purchased the machine from, online, and he sent me a 12 to 15 page report (at no charge). I was amazed how detailed it was. It even showed the days I didn't use the machine when I went camping, lol.
