You didn't say if your successfully using the machine. I have a four-year old amchine as well. The insurance has paid for the machine and for six titrations since 1999 (three of them in 1999, and one each in 2000, 2001, and 2002). They are not paying for replacment masks. You can order them on-line from CPAPman for less than most DME's change.
