here's two possible solutions for you - if you don't already, see a dental therapist regularly and get your teeth cleaned. i do this every 3 months and it makes an enormous difference to the cleanliness of your mouth.

2nd, bad breath can result from what's happening in your stomach, rather than your mouth. parlsey is supposed to be good to fix things up in the stomach/digestive tract. you may also visit your pharmacy/chemist/drug store (whatever you call it where you live) and see what they have available in breath fresheners. if they have any made out of parsley, get them, i find they work really well.
