I've been there, and know what you are talking about. I'm betting it is stomach related. As for mouthwash, don't use the ones that kill ALL germs, try Biotene as it just kills the bad ones. It has helped me immensely, but I have very dry mouth and it is primarily for that use. I would see a gastronologist and see what they recommend.
