An O2 desaturation nadir of 85% is not as bad as some people have, but would set off an alarm if you were in a hospital for any other reason. Having 10 events per evening is not that bad either, but a CPAP machine properely set and used would cover all of those and keep your O2 at probably 97% or greater.
