Feeling better in the morning and/or throughout the day is the most obvious thing to look for.

Also, look for (1) fewer headaches, (2) fewer and milder colds and flus, (3) improvements in eyesight, (4) reduction of blood pressure, (5) fewer nighttime awakenings to urinate, (6) less shortness of breath when climbing stairs, (7) a cessation of palpitations of the heart, (8) a cessation of acid reflux disease, and (9) a cessation of Rhemetoid Arthritis.
