Add one thing to the list provided by D.H. - eliminate night sweats. Before CPAP would sometimes wake up drenched in sweat. No doubt from the struggle to breathe.

Not one night time reflux incident in the three years on CPAP. PreCPAP was once about every 6 weeks. Blood pressure was 140 over something when starting CPAP - last week it was 116 over 70, no meds.
