Failure

I did not go thru with the sleep study!!! I was all geared up for it today. I went there and was going to try a mask for about 25 minutes. Well it was horrible! I could not breathe right at all and felt like I was going to smother!!!! I could just not handle any of the masks at all. I got so panicky and anxious and claustrophobic! Each mask was worse than the one before!! These were some horrible, cheap masks. I told the tech. I just can't do this! She said there have been many other people that couldn't do this either. So now I don't know what the next step will be. If I do have apnea I don't know what on earth I am supposed to do!!!
