I had the same problem with the Profile Lite Mask - bridge of the nose got red. I took a piece of gauze and folded it, used very narrow medical tape and covered the bridge of the nose. The mask adjusted so no air leaks. Still gets a little red at times, from shifting maybe, but I just use Aloe on it in the morning. At first the bridge was not only red but hurt to touch it. No more hurt when I touch it and I can live with the red (make-up is wonderful) as long as I am able to sleep.
