What no one has mentioned is that many of us thought initially that our pressures were intolerable. My DME provider worked my machine up from 10 to 14 over the course of several days so I could learn to deal with it. Now I can't tell it is blowing anything when I have it on, as long as I keep my mouth closed. So take heart. If you can get past the initial problems your body will adjust.
