What is it?

Hi all,

My wife of ten years has never slept well and it seems to be getting worse. She is at a point now where she is nearly always tired. She kicks and talks and even screams (loudly and in terror)every night and often. She is overweight and also has asthma and over the years the libido has gotten much worse (normal perhaps?). I have never really noticed snoring per se but she breathes labored and loudly all night. It almost seems like night terrors but I do not know for sure.

Any ideas from the gallery on this? She is reluctant to do anything about it obviously but I would appreciate the input for some ammo.I am becoming worried at this point.
