freebird, I may not be much help since I felt so much better that I LOVE my machine!! But... have you tried a)some kind of sleep medicine to help you fall asleep b) the Breeze or Nasalaire devices so you don't have a mask, c) hanging the hose above your head so you are not bothered by the hose when you turn over? I personally don't mind AIR with no side-effects as a solution for my chronic "insomnia," fatigue, depression, confusion, etc!!
