I have the same problem. I think it's because I sleep so soundly now, rather than tossing and turning like I used to, that I end up stiff in the morning. I added another pillow so I am in between lying and sitting and it seems to keep my back stretched out. I have been doing it for the last couple of nights and notice a big difference in the morning. As a bonus my head doesn't seem to be as stuffy when I get up. :)
